静電気は目に見えないからこそ化学プラントでは怖い

化学プラントで見えない危険となる静電気の基礎を実務視点で解説。発生メカニズム・帯電しやすい条件・放電リスクと防爆対策をわかりやすく紹介。

お世話になっております。 機械設計に従事しております、Eと申します。 弊社で製作している機械で元々付与していない帯電防止仕様の要求があり、調査している中で本HPにたどり着きました。 静電気の帯電防止の考え方について、ご意見を頂きたく存じます。 金属配管のフランジ接続箇所について、ボンディングすることがあると存じます。 https://yuruyuru-plantengineer.com/bonding_piping/ バタフライバルブのような不導体であるガスケットの挟み込みであれば、バルブの帯電するイメージが付くのですが、 金属配管のフランジ接続については、ガスケットの不導体を挟んでいますが、フランジ同士がボルトナットで金属接続されているように 考えられないかと思いました。静電気対策をされている業界的には、ボルトナット等の接触による通電は思想としてNGなのでしょうか。 同様にヘルール接続についても、不導体のガスケットを挟んでいますが、ヘルールクランプが接触しているので、 ボンディングしなくても通電するのではないかと考えております。 ご教示頂きたくお願いいたします。

お世話になっております。 金属配管のフランジであればボルトナットで電気が通るという思想でOKです。 凄く細かい話では、ガスケットが金属中芯に対して不導体PTFEで包まれている場合、中芯部に電気が溜まってしまうことが危険と考えています。
